Hair like embers, a burning glow,
He emerges from the shifting green below.
His gaze pierces through every corner,
Wherever I go, he’s my constant loner.
From this figure flows my mother’s joy,
A playful humor in this green-touched world of mine.
I turn my eyes away, but I return,
Always, he sees me... endlessly, in turn.
He watches over me… hypnotizing me,
In a silent trance, as calm as can be.
