Finally lucid, healed.

I breathe and drink in this breath of life.

The highs, the lows, and yesterday’s turbulent swells;

I welcome them all, fearing no winter.

Gratitude intoxicates me.

A free breeze over the sea, where the child buried beneath my years surrenders and comes alive.
